Job Description – HEAT PUMP SERVICE ENGINEER
Working in partnership with your colleagues in providing servicing, maintenance and commissioning of the below systems;
· Air to Water Heat Pumps
· Exhaust Air Heat Pumps
· Domestic Ventilation Systems
The area of service is mainly the Kildare, Meath, and Dublin region.

Job Responsibilities
· Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for heat pump systems.
· Delivering a high level of customer service
· Cleaning, adjusting, repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
· Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to others.
· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
· Providing logs of service calls to accounts dept for Invoicing.
· Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
· Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
· Assisting with customers’ queries.

Requirements
· Fault finding experience on heating & ventilation systems
· Customer relations
· Plumbing Qualification
· F GAS Certification and refrigeration experience (Preferred)
· Full driving license
· Ability to read electrical schematics and knowledge of heating controls
· Interest in renewable energy and further education
